Course Description

　　This class is aimed at international students and we will be watching TV programs, reading newspaper articles, and making individual presentations with the goal of helping students acquire the necessary level of Japanese to understand and discuss economics. In addition, resume writing, report writing, research plans and master's thesis writing will also be covered.
　　In the first semester, we will take up the phenomena that are currently being talked about in Japan and the world, learn words and expressions that are often used in economics and business, read articles related to economics, and make personal presentations on fields of interest and discuss those topics. In the second semester, we will present the research plan and master's thesis concept and deepen our discussions.
