Course Description

This course is to explain the legal problems of the War in Ukraine under international law as the introduction to public international law. It is composed of the following topics: (01) Function of Law in the War in Ukraine; (02) International Security related to the War in Ukraine; (03) the Problem of States and Governments related to the War in Ukraine; (04) Territorial Dispute between Ukraine and Russia; (05) the War in Ukraine and Diplomatic Relations; (06) the Refugees caused by the War in Ukraine; (07) the Problems of International Economic Law and the War in Ukraine; (08) the Legal Problems of Sea, Air and Outer Space caused by the War in Ukraine; (09) the State Responsibility of Russia (10) Ukraine versus Russia at the International Courts and Tribunals as Lawfare; (11) the Law of Neutrality in the War in Ukraine; (12) ; International Humanitarian Law in the War in Ukraine ; (14) the Punishment of War Criminals in the War in Ukraine
