Course Description

A Management strategy is a series of plans for companies to achieve their goals. In this lecture, I teach the management strategy theory dealing with management strategy as academics. In addition to this, in this lecture, based on the fact that strategy is formed and executed in the organization, we will also deal with strategic theory that adopts a macro-organized approach which focuses on harmony and control with the external environment surrounding itself for the organization to continue and grow.
