Course Description

This course is designed for students to learn labor issues and labor policies of japan. The topics are as follows; elimination of unreasonable gap in treatment between regular and non-regular employees, introducing legal limits on overtime working hours, realizing diverse ,flexible working styles, raising wages, supports for employment of the" employment ice-age generation "and young people, and acceptance of foreign workers.
