Course Description

The countries of Asia and Africa show great diversity and complexity. In addition, in recent years, the countries of Asia and Africa have been affected by globalization and are undergoing significant dynamic changes. In this class, we will first confirm the regional concept of Asia and Africa, and then deepen our understanding of the realities and challenges of Asia and Africa by referring to images and materials about the societies and cultures of the countries and regions. In particular, we will aim to grasp the reality from the perspective of the people living there, rather than from the top.
