Course Description

  The role of a government is wide-ranging. Therefore, in this course, we will study the basic theories of Administrative Law which underlie various administrative actions. Especially, we will deal with how to relieve the rights of a person who is dissatisfied with legal relationships which administrative activities develop.
  Different to what we have studied in Administrative Law 1 course, we will address various statutory systems in the field of Administrative Remedy Law.
