Course Description

The role of a government is wide-ranging. It closely relates to our daily life, e.g., water supply or waste management. On the other hand, it is relevant to society-wide issues, e.g., optimal economic policies or maintenance and improvement of public health. It would be hard for us to study each of individual governmental activities.
Therefore, in this course, we will study the basic theories of Administrative Law which underlie various administrative actions. Especially, we will deal with (1) what organization takes administration, and (2) what legal relationship an administrative activity develops.
