Course Description

These exercises, similar to those in Exercise I, will focus on how to improve Japan's hospitality industry. they broadly concentrate on hospitality management as the theme. As a sub-theme, you will seek to gain understanding of hospitality around the world, and the hospitality that is unique to Japan.

You will divide into groups, conduct research, find and discuss common issues. The capstone of the latter half-term will be the writing of a report on each project. We may also invite external lecturers to share their specialized knowledge and skills.
