Course Description

This course deals with the general provisions part of the Penal Code enacted in 1907. The part of the Code is to be applied to any crime; not only crimes stipulated in the latter part of the Code but also crimes stipulated in any other criminal law. Therefore, the knowledge of this course is essential in order to deal with whatever crimes. Students are to know at what condition an illegal act constitutes a crime;constituent elements of a crime, illegality (justification cause) followed by liability as well as attempt and accomplice.
