Course Description

The course will deal with the elements and interrelationship of the specific crimes stipulated in the Penal Code, such as homicide or theft. During the Spring Semester (“Crimes I”), the focus will be put on the crimes against individual interests (except for those against property) and the crimes against state interests, such as bribery.
