Course Description

We will study company analysis.
I lecture on the corporate strategy of the company,an organization,personnel affairs strategy,a financing strategy.
We discuss the problem that Japanese economy and Japanese companies have.
I will use a system of corporate management that can be seen roughly(Zakkuri wakaru kigyoukeiei no shikumi Published from the Nikkeibunko) as a textbook.
Group discussions will be held and content will be announced.
