Course Description

This course will handle general frameworks for understanding business organizations. We will study and discuss various subjects mainly from the perspective of manager's position.
In the spring semester (Business Organization III), we will cover fundamental topics related to managing an organization. We will cover topics such as basic frameworks of corporate structure, role of managers, human behavior, corporate culture, and business transformation.
In the autumn semester (Business Organization IV), we will handle topics that the are essential for management for sustainable growth under rapidly changing business environment. We will cover topics such as SDGs, ESG investment, concept of investment chain, corporate responsibility, environmental issues, social issues, risk management, corporate governance and communication with stakeholders.
