Course Description

In this lecture, I will teach a corporate governance which is management structure for company to realize correct management in terms of ethical and moral management methods as well. And I want to teach corporate governance from a multifaceted perspective such as its background and theory, current situation and issues. Ultimately, I aim that the students could explain why corporate governance is necessary and propose that ideal way.
