Course Description

This course focuses an introductory study of Contemporary Enterprise, its principles of management, dynamic and present features as well as case studies of today’s leading companies and small hidden champion companies.
We will study on various cases of contemporary industries and obtain knowledges on their challenges and changes required, especially in terms of the philosophy and know-how of "business".
In the second semester we will organize and study further our knowledge and skill in terms of dynamic analysis on growth of companies and order parameters of their managements.
