Course Description

In this lecture, we will learn the important topics in understanding an enterprise as an organization after a survey of the development process of the theoretical research on Business Organization Theory. In order to understand the business organization systematically, we will learn comprehensively the Personal Behavior; Leadership; Organization Design and Organization Culture in the Business organization. We also focus on the important analysis viewpoints on how to adapt to the rapid change of the environment in recent years such as: the organization dynamics that includes Organization Change and Organization Learning.
