Course Description

In the coming era of large-scale transformations in the environment surrounding companies, businesses and organizations, the fate of a company will depend on the skillfulness of management decision-making. The more powerful management becomes, the more governance needs to be strengthened to discipline it.
In this course, we will learn specifically about the Corporate Governance Code, which was revised in 2021, and in the latter half of the lecture, we will consider the ideal form of management organizations, focusing on human capital.
