Course Description

This course aims at a basic understanding of International Economics. In the first half, we concentrate on common issues of the international economy, such as the international trade system, environmental protection issues, poverty reduction issues, and the like. The latter half focuses development problem of important countries and regions, such as the USA, EU, and China. This course should serve as an introductory course for those who try to study international economics seriously.
