Course Description

In this lecture, I will take up the history of entrepreneurs in Japan. Specifically, we I clarify the process of development of Japanese companies by taking up multiple entrepreneurs or managers who have greatly contributed to the development of Japanese companies regardless of industry and examining their management philosophy, management behaviors, and strategies. This lecture mainly focuses on entrepreneurs who played or are playing the most active role since the end of the Second World War.
