Course Description

This course (by Professor Yosuke TSUYUGUCHI) covers a comprehensive view of all major aspects of the Japanese economy including historical background, growth and business cycles and essential policy issues like the financial regulation, monetary policy and fiscal policy among the Japanese banking crisis of 1997-1998, the global financial crisis of 2008-2009 and the Lost Two Decades.
