Course Description

This course aims to analyse the educational phenomena and to complete the individual graduation thesis. In class, students will be required to read the textbook about the Ministry of Education and Science and discuss various issues related to the social studies. Additionally students are also expected to make their own brief paper in connection with various issues on the educational system in Japan as a assignment. Grades will be based on regular attendance, participation, completion of assignment and periodical examination.
