Course Description

This course is designed to give students an overview of historical development of the U.S. economy, which will help students to understand the characteristics and challenges of today's U.S. economy. From the Great Depression in 1929 to the Great Recession in the late 2000s, and to the recent Trump phenomenon and Covid-19 pandemic, the major topics in the historical evolution of the U.S. economy will be covered.
