Course Description

In this course, sutudents are intiated to study the cases and issues- mainly in the field of succession-, which deserve special attention from the view point of financial transactions, as well as touching the related territory of Ⅽivil and Ⅽommercial laws. Also presentation and explanatory skills should be brushed up in this process so that they will fulfil the general professional standard.
