Course Description

This course aims to broaden students’ knowledge on criminal law, focusing on relevant jurisprudence of the Supreme Court and other courts. During the Fall Semester (“Special Topics II”), the course will deal with case law concerning the “Special Part” of criminal law, i.e. specific crimes.
