Course Description

In this seminar, we aim to explore how idols are formed in popular subculture related to movies, TV programs, TV anime, manga, games, music, and magazines and what functions these media serve.
On the basis of Seminar: Sociology I and summer work, we deeply study several themes and prepare graduation research. We will define a subject of study and develop a research plan to exchange honests opinions in this class.
