Course Description

In our society, many people are employed and earn wages to make a living. However, working is not the only part of life. In addition to decent work, we need social safety net in order to get a "life with humanity and dignity". The Social Security Law is a legal field to realize it.
In Social Security Law I, we will deal with the part focusing on social insurance. Since there is a strong continuity between Social Security Law I and Social Security Law II, it is strongly recommended to take them consecutively.
