Course Description

In addition to giving an overview of the intellectual property law, it focuses on the patent law that protects inventions, and describes concepts and contracts in understanding the object, the process of generating rights, protecting rights, and conducting business activities. The design law and the unfair competition prevention law, which are often discussed in parallel with patent law in business activities or manufacturing, are also described. In this lesson, I aim to build the basic ability to propose new value creation and risk reduction based on the acquired basic knowledge of intellectual property law.
