Course Description

First, an overview of the Intellectual Property Law is explained. After that, the Copyright Law, the Trademark Law, and the Unfair Competition Prevention Law (protection of well-known labels, protection of domain names, etc.) will be described with reference to specific cases or basic practical processing examples.
In this lesson, students will use basic knowledge of intellectual property law acquired by students and aim to build basic ability to propose new value creation and risk reduction in business activities related to content and signage law.
