Course Description

In preparation for their graduation thesis research, each student will conduct sociological research on their own topic.
　Specifically, students will read and present literature on topics of their own interest and concern. By reading and presenting on literature, exchanging opinions, and listening to other seminar students’ presentations, students will broaden their interests in Seminar I and gradually narrow their focus in Seminar II. In III and IV, students will proceed with full-scale graduation research. A final report is required for I–IV, including the graduation research.
