Course Description

The objectives of this course is to gain insights about important corporate management issues and the relationships between the companies and the stakeholders from the perspective of SDGs and ESG investment. It is expected that by understand various frameworks and disclosure materials of the companies, you will be able to deepen knowledge about corporate management and corporate governance.
In the spring semester, we will deepen our understanding of various frameworks related to corporate management, and in the autumn semester, based on the framework learned in the spring semester, we will deepen our knowledge regarding actual issues related to the corporate management and the corporate governance through analysis of the information disclosed by the corporations.
Throughout the courses, we will study by way of having discussions and presentations centered on group work. Each group is expected to research, analyze, summarize, and provide presentations regarding the themes that they see as important.
