Course Description

Students will acquire basic knowledge of the characteristics and history of dance, classify various types of dances and understand their characteristics.
They will set interests and issues during group work classes, collect and analyze literature and DVDs from Japan and abroad and present their own opinions.
Students will exchange opinions and discuss the contents of their presentations to deepen their understanding of the setting issues.
They will learn more about the characteristics and methods of dance through the practice of dance in school education, lifelong sports, and stage performances.
