Course Description

In this seminar we will address issues relating to Labor & Employment Law. Japanese society currently has myriad workplace problems. After reading an academic text as homework, we will discuss how to remedy / alleviate problems Japanese society faces. Especially, we deal with a lot of cases and learn elementary knowledge of Labor & Employment Law.
