Course Description

This seminar has four aims for students. First, they should acquire the knowledge of international law. Second, they should enhance their "legal thinking" by learning international law. Third, they should be more interested in international problems. Fourth, they should cooperate with each other. They are required to summarise and report the topics of international law in this term. They are strongly recommended to read Japanese textbooks and cases of international law before each seminar.
