Course Description

The aim of this lecture is to acquire the basic knowledge of the Constitution of Japan and consider problems currently happening in schools in terms of constitutional law, especially constitutional rights. Those who want to become a teacher are required to take a class of the Japanese Constitution, but this lecture will also be useful for other students because these problems happen all around. Students are expected to read materials presented before, participate in class actively and review what they have learned.
