Course Description

Administrative law covers almost all our daily life (from water supply to activities of JSDF), and it is mainly composed of two fields: its general theory and its remedial law. This lecture aims to learn remedies in administrative law. After this class, students will be able to consider issues around administrative remedial law accurately and explain their ideas logically. They are expected to read materials presented before, participate in class actively and review what they have learned.
