Course Description

In this class, we will study various important legal issues in the field of property law, contract law, the law of obligations and family law. The aim of this course is to improve students' understanding of how to interpret civil law. We will achieve this aim through repeated discussions about concrete disputes and the actual resolution methods that various approaches advocate.
