Course Description

This class, Reading Materials in Japanese History 3B-Ⅰ, is the study and learn how to read many types of old documents or records in mainly Japanese late ancient, medieval and early modern ages, and to translate it in present Japanese, further to understand the meanings of those. So the students take part in this class will read about the words and sentences on that documents, and after investigate about the contents or historical backgrounds, and make presentation on its outcome as the groupwork.
