Course Description

The works of art and cultural heritage that are the subject of this lecture are the visual embodiment of the beauty that mankind has created throughout its long history. At the same time, they are valuable historical documents, and touching them is a way of reliving history. We are grateful for the work of our ancestors in bringing these assets to the present day, and it is our duty to pass them on to the next generation. Based on this respect for cultural heritage, students learn about the research, protection and use of cultural heritage as a practical science, with the aim of working in this field in the future.
