Patient Safety and Risk Management―Course description
Patient safety and risk management is a course designed to introduce risk management concepts to students on various campuses at Teikyo University. In the first half of the course, students will study historical aspects of infectious diseases such as virology and the discovery and use of anesthetization, sterilization, and antibiotics. Patient safety and human error will be taught from broad perspectives in the latter half, and specialists will give lectures in related fields throughout the course.
