This course is designed for students to learn “financial analysis” which is the examination of financial information to make business decisions. In the first half, we will learn structures and vocabulary of financial statements and focus on financial statement analysis. We will compare financial statements and ratios among industries or among competitors in the same industry. Students are required to discuss next necessary actions among group members and present their recommendations.

② Utilize financial ratios to validate companies’ financial soundness and profitability
