Course Description

A project is an activity that is conducted using limited resources within a specified time. Project management is an administration method to lead such an activity to success. Effective techniques to manage qualities, costs and delivery dates of the projects has been developed. This subject is intended to lean the basic techniques of the project management.
We learn about:
1. Project Planning
How to launch and plan projects to lead the projects to success.
2.Project Organization
Fundamental principles and concepts about the organization management.
3.Scheduling
How to break down the work based on WBS and plan project schedules.
4. Human Resource Management
How to organize, manage, and lead the project team.
5. Cost Management
How to estimate and manage the project budget.
6. Project Integration Management
How to identify, define, combine, unify, and coordinate the various processes and project management activities.

Course Objectives

1.Students will learn to explain a series of processes of project management.
2.Students will understood project managing tools and how to made them.
3.Students will be able to make their own project plan.
4.Students will appropriately keep project deliveries.

Grading Policy

Students will be evaluated based on the following rate: a mid-term examination 30%, term-end examination 50% and subjects 30%. Learners who received evaluation over the total of 60% will pass this course.
