Course Description

This seminar targets to get the skills to find, understand and discuss unknown things through the introductory works for the research and analysis to know and understand the region. Utsunomiya City is selected as the study area in this year. This seminar relates to DP1 - DP3.

Course Objectives

The students will get the abilities to collect the literature and data materials for the research and analysis of selected areas.

Grading Policy

Presentation materials, oral presentation, and discussion in the seminar (50%), report (50%).

Requirements(Assignments)

Homework as literature reading and collecting the data on the targeted region will be assigned. For the preparation, 30 hours or more working will be required in total.

Note

Good preparation, perfect attendance, clear presentation, active discussion and the elaborate report are requested.
