Course Description

This seminar targets to get the skills to find, understand and discuss unknown things through the introductory works for the research and analysis to know and understand the region. Shibuya, Tokyo is selected as the study area in this year. This seminar relates to DP1 - DP3.

Course Objectives

The students will get the knowledge and skills to analyze and understand the social and industrial conditions in the region. They will also gain the abilities to cope with the regional issues.

Grading Policy

Presentation materials, oral presentation, and discussion in the seminar (50%), final report (50%)

Requirements(Assignments)

Homework as literature reading and collecting the data on the targeted region will be assigned. For the preparation, 40 hours or more working will be required in total.
