Classes will be conducted by having students translate some bioscience reports or scientific papers into Japanese. Please be sure to bring an English-Japanese dictionary to every class.
It is important to understand and to have a basic knowledge of experimental data that underlies your research. However most information found in academic papers are in English. In this course, the goal will be to cultivate reading skills and vocabulary related to bioscience needed for writing a graduation dissertation.
