Course Description
In this class, fundamental outlines of the local government system based on the viewpoint from the traditional administration side will be explained. However, I shall also introduce the viewpoint from the resident side as much as possible.
This class will be conducted mainly in lecture form, but I may ask each student to give presentation appropriately.
In this class, you will acquire knowledge, techniques and attitudes about DP 3.
This class is offered by the teacher with practical experience.
Course Objectives
Students can master a fundamental knowledge about the local government system. In particular, I will conduct the class from the viewpoint of the local residents and how they are concerned with the local government.
