Course Description
I will divide the problems about the policies of the local governments (in other words, local public policy) into the general remarks and detailed expositions, and explain the important matters respectively.
This class will be conducted mainly in lecture form, but I may ask each student to give presentation appropriately.
In this class, you will acquire knowledge, techniques and attitudes about DP 3.
This class is offered by the teacher with practical experience.
Course Objectives
Students can master fundamental matters, especially the problems about the policies of the local governments (in other words, local public policy).
In addition, students can deepen their understanding about the positioning of the residents in the context of the local government system.
