Course Description
1 Since our country adopted the written law principle, the term “law” in our country has become almost synonymous with the “law” enacted by the Diet (parliament). Keeping this in mind, I will give an outline of the concept, structure, existence form, effect, and classification of the law.
2 Next, I will explain basic matters about the Constitution of Japan and the Civil Law of Japan.
3 In this class, you will acquire knowledge, techniques and attitudes about Learning Target 1.
4 This class is offered by the teacher with practical experience.
Course Objectives
Students can master the fundamental knowledge about statutes in Japan, such as the Constitution of Japan, the Civil Law of Japan, etc.
