Course Description

This course deals with the special experiments in the field of bioscience. Students will choose one topic from the followings.

1. Laboratory diagnostics-its principles and practice
2. Advanced techniques for natural products analysis
3. Yeast mating type is determined by colony PCR
4. The immunohistochemistry of the mouse brain

Course Objectives

At this end of the course, students are expected to obtain a higher level of experimental techniques for biosciences.

Grading Policy

Grading will be decided based on a lab report.
