Course Description

You will learn each process of food system from production, processing, distribution, and retailing through various examples. If the arrangement can be made, two lectures and workshops on food system will be held by inviting external lecturer. In this course, you will acquire knowledge and attitudes on the policy (degree of diploma policy) DP1 and DP2, especially for the Department of Regional Economics.

Course Objectives

You can deepen your understanding about the complex food system of modern society, and explain concretely how your daily life and the food system are related.
