Course Description

Through spring and autumn semesters, this course covers the actual situations and challenges of the Japanese economy thoroughly. This autumn semester's contents are divided into two categories. The first is company, industry and financial trends, such corporate images, Japanese management-style and recent change, food and energy issues, trade and balance of payments. The second is fiscal and monetary policy and economic stabilization, such as fiscal system and deficits, foreign exchange fluctuation, GDP, business cycles, recent issues of Japanese economy "Abenomics" faces.
