Course Description

In this lecture, we learn advanced statistical methods by using R. We review fundamental knowledge of statistics such as statistical hypothesis testing. We aim to learn the problems of traditional statistical methods and solutions for them. We aim to acquire statistical skills (such as, generalized linear model, generalized linear mixed model, and so on) which are useful across different scientific fields.
